There is no guarantee of secondary market availability. Even if trading occurs, liquidity may be low or manipulated. The project has no obligation to support a market or buy back tokens.

1.3 Platform-Development Risk
Features of RealFi™, BitBurnX, and SoraMix may be delayed, altered, or not launched. Token utility may decrease if development slows or fails.

1.4 Technology and Security Risk
Smart contracts, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure may contain bugs or be exploited by hacks, 51% attacks, or failures. Tokens could be lost permanently.

1.5 Wallet Responsibility
You alone must secure your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. Lost or stolen credentials cannot be restored.

1.6 Regulatory Risk
Token regulation varies globally. Authorities may classify RealFi™ tokens differently, imposing restrictions or bans.

1.7 Blockchain Dependency
RealFi™ tokens are issued on BNB Chain. Network outages, forks, congestion, or consensus issues may disrupt transfers.

1.8 Cyber-Attack Risk
Websites, smart contracts, or third-party providers may be hacked. Even with security measures, systems may fail. You bear all resulting risks.

1.9 Uninsured Assets
Tokens are not insured by any public or private scheme (e.g., FDIC, SIPC). Losses remain your responsibility.

1.10 Execution and Team Risk
Project success depends on execution. Team changes, insufficient funding, or strategic missteps may affect development.

1.11 Competitive Risk
Crypto markets are competitive. Alternative projects may reduce interest in RealFi™, BitBurnX, or SoraMix.

1.12 Tax Risk
You are solely responsible for all tax obligations related to token purchases, holdings, or use. RealFi™ does not provide tax advice.

1.13 Changing Terms
These Terms may be updated. Continued use or holding of tokens constitutes acceptance of changes.

1.14 Unknown Risks
Cryptoassets are experimental. Unforeseen risks may arise at any time.
