Terms of Token Sale — $RLF, $BBRX, $SRMX

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the acquisition and use of $RLF, $BBRX, and $SRMX utility tokens through the official RealFi™ platform (realfitm.com). By purchasing, claiming, or using any RealFi™ token, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• You are not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where token sales or cryptocurrency activities are prohibited or restricted by law or sanctions.

• You confirm that the funds used are from lawful sources and not connected to illicit activities.

• You have a compatible crypto wallet capable of receiving the respective tokens (BNB Chain supported).

3. Token Sale and Allocation

• $RLF: The RealFi™ Token, the core utility and governance asset of the ecosystem, used for access to services, platform governance, and ecosystem activities.

• $BBRX: The BitBurnX Token, distributed through a private contract sale. Exchange rate: 1 BNB = 80,000 BBRX.

• $SRMX: The SoraMix Token, supporting the SoraMix IP character ecosystem, community engagement, and NFT-related utilities.

• All sales are conducted exclusively via official RealFi™ channels. All transactions are on-chain, final, and non-refundable. Gas fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Delivery of Tokens

Purchased tokens will be delivered to the wallet address you provide once the transaction is confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring your wallet address is correct and compatible. Tokens sent to an incorrect or incompatible address cannot be recovered.

5. Purpose of Tokens

• $RLF: Governance, staking, payments, and access within RealFi™.

• $BBRX: Ecosystem incentives, payments, and token-burning mechanics.

• $SRMX: Community, IP character ecosystem, NFT access, and interactive experiences.

None of the RealFi™ tokens are securities, equities, or shares. They do not grant rights to profits, dividends, or ownership of the project.

6. Risks

By purchasing any RealFi™ tokens, you acknowledge and accept inherent risks, including but not limited to: market volatility, technical failures, regulatory changes, and potential loss of value.

7. No Liability & No Guarantees

Tokens are provided “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees. The RealFi™ team accepts no liability for losses, transaction errors, wallet access issues, or market changes. You are fully responsible for your decisions, funds, and token management.

8. Final Acknowledgment

By participating in the RealFi™ ecosystem, you confirm that you fully understand and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or hold $RLF, $BBRX, or $SRMX.
